DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS
A timekeeper (Timekeeper) and the third was the appointment of referees. They sat outside in the mid-field side, the same side with the substitutions. THIRD REFEREE
The third referee helped record the time:
- Take note of the first five errors committed by each player in each round is recorded by the referee and the fifth gives the signal if the error has been made by one team.
- Record game suspension and the reasons therefor.
- Record number of players who scored.
- Take note of the names and number of players who get a warning and released.
- Provide / provide relevant information about the game.
In the event of inappropriate intervention / excesses committed by the timekeeper or the third referee, the referee will assign liberates them, arrange a replacement and report to the parties or the competent authority, after the game.
In terms of injuries, a third referee may replace the second referee or umpire.
